Qualifications

Ron Hanson has been a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder since 1987.  Ron is also a member in good standing, and Certified Home Inspector in InterNACHI and IAC2. InterNACHI, or NACHI, (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), is the  largest and most respected association of Home Inspectors in the world.  To be a member in good standing of NACHI, you first have to pass an exam, then you have to follow up with continuing education classes throughout your membership.  IAC2, International association of  Certified Indoor Air Consultants. IAC2, is a non-profit certifying body of home and building inspectors who have fulfilled certain educational and testing requirements including those in the area of indoor air quality.
